Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Think IT is a Surrey based recruitment consultancy providing contract and permanent IT staff to local and corporate companies in London, Surrey and the South East UK.

Here’s how it works:
Starting out as a Trainee Consultant, you will initially be responsible for utilising various methods to source candidates for active vacancies. You will progress to working with clients where you will be responsible for taking job specifications from existing clients as well as generating vacancies from new clients using different sales techniques.

Throughout your initial months of employment you will receive formal and hands-on training in all aspects of recruitment which will provide you with all the skills necessary to be successful in your career.

We have significant growth plans in place for the next two years and are looking to hire a number of new staff who will start out as Trainee Consultants and progress through the business to become future leaders.

• Previous sales or commercial experience is highly desirable but not essential
